Thank you for writing to d2h. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
As per discussion, we would like to inform that prices for broadcaster
bouquets can not be reduced for channels which are not available on d2h
platform as bouquets prices are defined by broadcaster and some channels
are not available due to non execution of agreement between d2h and
broadcasters.
Moreover, we would like to request you to write us back with screenshot
of website regarding discrepancy in network capacity fees.
