But for sharing of channels both dths must use same satellite .

Dish already has separate DTH business called Zing Digital, So it's not new for Dish

If I was the CEO of Dish then I would not do that as what should I pay twice to satellite operator for carrying same channel ? :dodgy

If they merge under one umbrella, they may pay once for twice the customers. People won't do business for loss and they won't do this acquisition if doesn't benefit them.
