Following are just my opinion.
1.they should also avoid 'If' in every thing like "For this you should be in this pack" and "you are not eligible for this"."If you subscribe only 3 channels then only will get special price"
2.Single satellite for all users.
3.Should not show any difference between New and Old Subscribers(This is available only for New Customers).
I love dish tv for lot of things and using for more past 8 years..Expecting the above in future.
Have to thank Rom1 bro for his timely help about packages,settings in dishtv-d2h whichever he can.
