It is a new feature available on some STB models wherein if u have subscribed to HD version of a channel then its SD feed gets hidden on EPG or is skipped while surfing channels.... U can switch off this feature/option thru settings tab available in STB

But Not All The HD/SD Channels Getting Skipped, Mainly Sun Channels Skipped,
