d2h: Reminder functionality not wokring

I'm trying to set Reminder for a program, but whenever i set a reminder it does not do anything.

Set top box: 2222 HD box
Steps tried:
Pressed info button, then pressed down arrow button to found a program i want to set reminder, then pressed ok button. Then selected Set reminder option. Then BELL symbol added to the program epg.

But when the program timings comes, i'm not seeing any reminder/nothing displays in the screen. I have to remember myself to go to the program.

Anybody tried this option? Or is it not working only for me. Your help here most appreciated.

Yes Sir, Reminder facility is not working after updation of software. I am also facing same problem

It's a software related issue and has been brought into consideration with the tech team once I get an update I'll post here
Btw the download id 45 software update doesn't has this issue for 2011 box
And download id 18 for 2222
And download id 15 for 2233
