DTH updates D2H removed AAC audio and added MPEG audio for 11 channels

MUMBAI: Videocon d2h, which is looking at a merger with Indian direct-to-home (DTH) company Dish TV, has announced that it will be delisting from the US bourse NASDAQ. The amalgamation scheme between Dish TV and Videocon d2h is likely to take place on 22 March 2018 after due regulatory approvals from the Maharashtra registrar of companies and the high court. Videocon d2h shareholders will get Dish TV shares through global depositary receipts. Dish TV shares will not be registered in the US.... After merging, they can give 1000+ channels.
