Not sure how accurate is this but there is a short article about Dangal Kannada launch in Kannada TV express FB page.

The article says, channel started it's test transmission from today in D2h and official launch in major platforms on September 22. The schedule will have dubbed content from Sony and dubbed movies. From December original shows will be introduced.

Even they can dubb their own serials or mytho which were telecasting on Dangal hindi.

Dangal TV telecasts Ramayan and they have dubbed it into Kannada.
Actually, they have acquired the show's rights after Imagine TV was shut down.
They have acquired many other serials/shows rights. They can dub those!!
