DD Malyalam and Amrita TV will b removed from 20th september

They can also remove rest of Malayalam and if possible all south indian channels, Anyway, no one is a big fan of TS in here, I found out that the nearest TS dealer to my place is at least 26kms away,
Even in local newspapers I don't see any TS ads, (The only ad from TATA seen nowadays is Nano for Rs. 15,000/- Down-payment)

People here are not easily taken for a ride, SO it looks finally TS gave it up.

Well RDTV is now the new thing here, Dont know what happened, BUt since last few days a lot of RDTV dishes seems to pop-up everywhere around,

Otherwise I can say in Kerala, it is mainly between Dish and SunDirect only,
 
Yes QB you are bang on. Its seems that they have taken market driven decision now.
But they can not simply ignores all southern market.
There may be one more reason for this :huh
Jaya aunty imposing heavy tax on DTH services. So TS may be winding up southern business.
 
Yes in south, the main rivalary is between dishtv and sundirect.
 
one ch is getting replaced with tarang music but no news about other one's replacement.
