Looks like DD HD will run all programmes in 4:3 letter box format only for now. Hope they change it soon.

It was always my question why Desk ka Apna Channel in HD is not available on any DTH platforms...  now thanks to TS 

But the logo needs to be changed....and they shud hire some production companies to make HD content !!!   watching old serials in 4:3 ratio on a HD channel.... :wall :wall :wall

So, it doesn't have Dolby Digital sound. It can also be said that DD doesn't have DD. Lol ????

If the sound is in ACC format, then no problem,

ACC and AC3{Dolby Digital} are only sound compression technology. In ACC it has small data but in AC3 has 3 times higher than ACC.
Even I feel better sound quality in ACC format.

Sorry if anyone hurting, it's my personal experience.
