I think this is for the Ram Mandir inauguration ceremony. Other DD Hindi channels all use the top left corner like DD Bharati, Kisan and Gyan Darshan. But it may also be permanent like Zee TV, which also moved from the top left to the top right, while other Zee non-news channels never moved from the top left corner.
