All your creations are good. But 99.99% the brands will remain same even after it get acquired.Usually the parent company will not interfere in its sub brand name and logo if it is found inappropriate.
If Sony acquires Zee, either both remains different brands under same company (like Vodafone idea) or one will get shutdown.
After Disney acquires Star India the company may renamed to 'Disney Star India' or some things else. But the channels will not be Disney plus,Disney jalsha etc. Same applies for Colors,Sun etc brands.
21rst century fox was acquired Star earlier,but it not made Fox plus, Fox vijay, Fox maa etc.
