How many months after we can eligible for a deactive customer ?
For dish tv -
for sun direct -

There is no time period fixed, if a customer becomes deactive by not recharging within given time, the card can be made active even after two years (for example) from the deactive date

It applies to both dish tv and sun direct

Same for all...... even there are special schemes like discount schemes for deactive customers when they recharge again after a gap of certain period like 6 months etc

i had recharged my deactive tata sky sd box after one and half years..... the balance was in minus (-), but after recharging with a particular amount, it was active after 2 hrs ..... The deactive period and schemes applies for all dth....

which dth is inactive in ur case?? There are offers if the recharge is not done for 72 days in case of dish tv
