Multi-system operator (MSO) DEN Networks has rebranded its corporate logo and also given a new brand name to its cable TV business, DEN Digi View.
Dentsu has created the new branding for the MSO, which also has interests in soccer and TV home shopping.
The broadband business will continue to be called DEN Boomband.
A source close to the development said, “This is a brand re-architecture exercise for the entire corporate house”. The new corporate logo will be incorporated across all businesses.
It has already been incorporated on the broadband side while it will take another 7–10 days to do the same on the cable TV side.
The company is planning to undertake a marketing campaign to promote the new branding.
Earlier, DEN had created a separate branding/ marketing department to focus on promoting all segments of operations including cable, broadband and football.
It had also hired Dentsu Creative Impact for the creative duties. DEN is one of the leading cable TV distribution companies reaching an estimated 13 million households in over 200 cities across 13 key states in India.
It is present in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Kerala, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
