1080i is best for hdtvs

my opinion is 1080p is best....

Mate FYKI BlueRay itself means 1080P.
and its not that 1080i is best for Hdtvs its just we dont have any channel of 1080P in india at present.

1080i is just like 720p with a bigger resolution...

1080p or i = 1920 x 108

all 32 or above inch new tvs supports 720p and 1080p,1080i....
