Difficulties in buying ADTV over phone? Successful at Last :)

Can anyone give me the number to ring to subscribe ADTV?

Gave my number on their website day before and yesterday and today but none rang back (two different numbers). Maybe due to the holidays?

Dont want to purchase through their website. I am based in Kerala.

When I select the buy option number, the call gets disconnected. :(

I dont have an Airtel Number, so no option. I rang the Kerala Regional SUpport number, which also gets disconnected! Tried from a couple of mobiles

Now I am skeptical where one cant get through to buy a connection, what about the customer care. Is it existent at all?

Is taking ADTV a wise choice?

Finally, got through to Kerala Support number, then selected the buy new connection option, the CC guy says I need to ring 1800 number. Told him it is not working. He couldnt say or offer any other suggestion! This is bizarre!!

Is there something wrong with Airtel everywhere? 0484-4100064 is going through to Airtel Mobile customer care!

Another method to buy is download My Airtel app from play store,in the bottom of the app there will be an option buy new product,select DTH,then enter your phone number and requirement details,they'll contact you and install the dish in 24 hrs :k
