In mail;now don't need to explain why don't u add ZEE's true HD channels..because again the same answer will be given from them that its already available...Now just say in terms of their words..Just say them "when will U provide ZEE's HD channels with ZEE's true HD logo & true HD feed..And these are available on D2H,AIRTEL & Reliance & Hathway Digital Cable and threaten them otherwise you will quit DishTV..

To chat ;go to DishTV website;then click login..then under
Self Help TAB...click Chat..

For getting call from their side;you can use CALL ME Service.
Just SMS...DISHTV CALL ME to 57575 from your RMN...Some balance has been deducted for SMS 2/3 rupees according to mobile operators...
Or better if you don't want to loose 2?3 rupees;just in mail said them to call...its urgent...you will get call back...

Again I had a chat with CC today morning...Again I got the same reply ,then I requested her to transfer the chat to their senior ones to make me confirm......then she transferred the chat .The senior one said that...

Then I said If U r saying SONY HD,SIX HD & ZEE's true HD will soon be added on DishTV..so why don't you declare it on your facebook or in website or in twitter so that DishTV customers wont shift to other DTHs....

So let them declare this on facebook so that we would be 200% confirmed..

As my renewal date is on 11th MAY;I got one call from DishTV side on 7th MAY to remind me to recharge.But I said him as ZEE's true HD channels not added...I wont recharge..then he transferred my call to senior most officer and after a long conversation he assured that be sure we are adding ZEE HD ...its sure....plz be patient and wait for some time...But will not commit any time as if I commit and it will not be added in time...then you will ask us why not added....so plz wait for some time...(I said about Videocon D2H & AIRTEL);he said now they are ahead in HD count...but one time will come we will be ahead from them ....and again said ...Sir;its my kind request to wait for some time....plz..

Yesterday night;I got this mail from DishTV side....
Plz read carefully...she said that they have no further update from Broadcasting side...they are waiting for it....I think thats the reason why they don't give any committed time for addition of ZEE true HD channels...

But its sure be added.....

If nothing happening end of this month ,that is end of IPL and shut down of analog system in metros, then less hope in near future.
Other dths are in race to add more SD & HD to grab the digitalization opportunities.
Expect good news in coming weeks
