No way of blackout. Fancode will take all the streaming rights for India, if there's no one interested in these properties. As long as Fancode exists in the market, there is no chance of blackout. But more chances of blackout from TV sets in India, as Fancode will get only the streaming duties leaving broadcast rights in jeopardy.
