Because they don't add new channels easily and already a lot of channels are pending in dishtv. And Customers are fed up with it. They spend money on brand ambassadors and all other waste activities but they don't add new and pending channels.

welcome to Dish Tv family . When I entered their family in 2007 their message of marketing was " wish karo Dish karo" now " wish karo , wish karo, wish karo.........." Dish will never karo. But still iam using them from 2007 till date.
