Yes there is 3 months deactivation for very less amount,beyond you can go for longer deactivation for any no. of months for amount around Rs90,call customer care they will explain in details

but why you're not sharing feedback with your team regarding HD channels addition in d2h,

dishtv cheating d2h ST2 satellite subscribers not adding south pending HD and SD channels,

If they will not add south HD channels then no one will use DishTV in South.
