I have activated nonstop pack and mega tv, thanthi tv, kalaignar seithigal channels are not getting..

Theses Channels are available in mera apna pack Each Channel Rs.10/-p.m..

Can anyone help me register my rmn with dish tv. I'm using dish tv outside india so cant register it myself. If i have a registered number i can manage my account myself online. Please anyone can help that would be great.
