1.having Kids bonanza pack in mandatory addon and lock in getting over by today (30 days). Whether i can replace with Sports saver pack from tomorrow. Previously also changed mandatory addons but now Cc telling its not possible to change add since iam in offer period till switch off date. 2.Also not able to drop Star world channel because of in offer.
3.Activated sony ten1 at Rs.2.36 per day.for this also cc telling amount wont be deducted automatically and you have to recharge for Rs.10 . For Star sports1 at Rs.2.36 per day amount got deducted automatically. Whether i have to recharge for Rs.10 now.

You can't add or drop channel /add on with account balance until completes switch off date under 10% offer..
you can add channel /add on /upgrade by doin seperate recharge as per price..minimum 10rs..

No if you want ten 1 HD then you need to activate Maxi Sports HD add on of Rs75pm

Are customers not able to choose any HD channel as Ala carte? (Other than subscribing HD add on)

no any singal sports channel available in ala carte for those custmores who is using that packeges in which sony ten channels not available before removing from base packeges
