today i got a msg from dishtv to activate swagat pack by giving a missed call on a given number,whereas i have new super family pack
plzz tell me why they offer me to activate a lower pack....instead of higher pack

I think they don't know,u r on which pack

They may be either discontinuing this pack or renaming this pack with additional channels and more price,so if you like the pack, stick to pack ,do not listen to them
