Right so it us now an acquisition and not a merger. D2h is part of Dish TV India Ltd, it's a subsidiary of Dish TV like zing.

Dish TV is the parent company here

So seeing world cup in HD hopes are now alive. Thanks for the news @JitendraKumar bro.Dishtv should add all other missing channels fast including Sony Rox Hd,Mtv Hd+,Vh1 Hd,9XO and others.
 
Song dew,sudarshan,lord buddha is showing from joy pack in Dishtv website from D2h.In fact sudarshan tv is showing in all south packs and may come on Dishtv soon.
