@RajKumar bro I suggest you stick with Dishtv/D2h as in future they will be a major force in the region.I suggest you align for ST2 and get all the south channels even if it requires changing the STB.For ROI users Dishtv is the weak link now .Cannot say if they have any plans for ROI.

Bro, If i changed my pack from Joy pack to Bharat Pack(Rs.100) whether i will get Tamizh Regional Pack and Telugu Regional Pack at Rs.10 each and all tamizh channels available now with joy pack (St2 satellite)

By the way Cartoon Network and Pogo important kids channels were also activated for me in my pack after giving a missed call and later after a week they dropped it from my package and made it as ala-carte.

Are u sure now CN and Pogo are only available as ala-carte and not available as On-Request?

Did you contact the customer care? if yes then what are they telling about it? I know someone who is getting these channels on-request basis from Dish TV

Yes available as extra amount to b paid if we want that channel is, not in any of the base pack
