When turning dishtv tps channels changing time takes to 1 minute plus

yesterday call cc for this issue.

They told me Technician Charges Rs. 200/- Swap Charges Rs. 413 & If Hardware required then extra. all are inclusive GST.

then done as hassan bro told but problem remains same.

now guys what should do. im waiting for feb month for decision but this irritating me.
