But we still pay to pay the channel price right?
I mean ncf will be free but we need to pay channel price?

can we take pay channels in 130

130+18%Gst is Ur connection charges & 100 channel Space for select free or pay if U select pay then u need to pay extra money as per channel cost whatever u selected channel + GST.
NCF Stands for Network Capacity Fee : Slabs
1.For the first 100 channels -₹130+Taxes.
2.For every slab of next 25 channels or less-
a.₹20+Taxes if no. of channels is more than 15.
b.₹1 per channel + taxes for 15 or less channels.

More you go deeper in TRAI Rules more you get confused, Rs.154 is fixed charges of NCF but it is for 100 channels and if you are paying for 100 channels then pay channels price should have been adjusted like if you choose 4 pay channels of 19RS total RS80 or 90 in 100 NCF there should be no extra cost but only 130 without tax, my head hurts
