Is DishTV’s satellite shutting down?!
Last time I heard that the lifespan's end date is 2018, but STILL it's running.

If you are talking about NSS6, which was Dish TV's older satellite, it is already dead. Dish TV has moved onto SES8 which has operational life till 2028. The other one ST2, is also valid.
 
DD audio added on some channels here for ex. AXN HD, Star Pravah HD i think some other channels also added DD 5.1

Then Why dish tv is asking its customers to shift to ST2 alignment?

Not asking in my area. (North India) at least. Dish TV wants to shift all south subscribers to ST2 which has more number of south channels. Do you have a south India registered STB?
 
Experts, Please advice current position of Macau Lotus Tv.....I really like the movies. Its more than a month since I lost it at Apstar 7 @ 76.5e.....I need also info on the latest receivers and sat finders that is available in the market....
