Why dish TV is not using ses 12 satellite as it is for dish TV in place of nss6

Picture & Guide SETTINGS preferences changes every single time I start my DishHD+ STB.
used to happen sometimes at beginning (2017-2018), but now it's happening on every restart (switch off/on)

any solution?

Because they are using SES8 which is colocated with NSS6 (now NSS6 is decommissioned).

i think its not only star sports its indian cricket......on which ever indian cricket is that channel would be activated for the day
