Dish tv implement tamil package....now ntf charge 44 only 169 all tamil channel come....before minimum package 223
 
Some expert please reply me-- after taking the second child connection, after few days can I make my child connection as Primary and Primary connection as secondary ?

the connection with HIGHER package price will become parent connection automatically.

Not necessarily higher pack, you can call cc and make your own parent stb. I don't think it makes any difference in price, you have to pay one of the stb rs130 and others rs 50

my primary connection is a SD box, if I take child connection- it will be dish nxt box (HD). So if I take child connection- my dish antena will remain a sd signal provider without mono lnb. So will it be mono lnb install when I take a child connection ?

I think no realignment required
As they moved all HD channels to single satellite both SD and HD channels on same 📡
