Yes, increased for all. Better alternative is Sirappana Kids pack. Covers all tamil channels and more kids channels. With montly amount of 183 including NCF

As recommended by Technical Team, below MPEG2 STBs are vulnerable and need to be replaced with Mpeg4 STBs with immediate effect. So we will follow the below process

1. All below Active subscribers need to be marked as DEACTIVE in system with immediate effect.

2. Once customer contacts CC, Agent will prompt appropriate script (existing) and ask customer to get the STB replaced. Agent will raise necessary FR in CRM

3. STB Swap & Visit charges will be applicable as per warranty status.

4. In these FRs, specific instruction as “STB NEED TO BE REPLACED” will be added in complaint case history, so that agency can take action accordingly.

5. Once STB is swapped in system, VC will be Active.

6. Charges will be applicable as per warranty status.
