I am new connection purchased Airtel dthHD Tamil pack.....picture quality very bad sd channels....hd channels ok better....Airtel sd channels sound quality super but previously used dishtv sd and hd channels picture quality super compare to Airtel....only major problem dish TV sound....I am really disappointed to Airtel...

Yes you are correct SD channels Dish TV is best,and our 80 percent watched channels are SD only,just switch back to Dish TV

I saw Tatasky & Sun direct very bad SD PQ, after these two I saw Airtel digital TV little bit better PQ when compare with Tatasky & Sun,
So, still I'm using D2h only one reason SD PQ excellent,
We all know HD channels is awesome in all DTH companies,

yes, we watch few HD channels only, maximum SD channels will watch,

There is no merger between Airtel & DishTV,
Present DishTV in full loss definitely they will sale their business to other company,

Iam using monoblock dishtv lnb connected to fta mpeg4 setup box and getting DD free dish channels along with sun news etc from sundirect tp
Port 1 DDFree, SD and dishtv
From dishtv tp which channels i get? Which is that tp value?

My question is on Port 2

Can i catch asisat 5, Gsat 9 or any other?
Without adjusting antenna? or I have to adjust little bit catch signals
What is tp value?

Yes.. port one you can receive sun direct to dish tv + free sat shrilanka - port 2 - g sat 9 to Asia sat 5 ( madni ku band )
