Dish TV HD Sports channels are not available in middleast? anyone can explain what is the issue?it will be back or not?

Anybody can help me?how can I get it again the dish tv HD sports channels in Jeddah Saudi Arabia? still I am receiving all the HD channels and some SD channels as well like DD Kisan,DD Bharati,DD Bangla but HD Sports channels not there now...the frequency is 12522 40700
