Why these new Hindi movie channels are not available on DTH platforms?

Which group's or media channel is this?

Can this channel ever be launched on Details platform?

These are not Indian channels as one can see English Subtitles being available alongwith bollywood movies being aired on them....most probably these would be channels catering to Middle East Region

These B4U channels are for international markets hence why they all lack the prominent features usually found in the domestic market.
