Dish tv removed ESS from new HD Premiere pack

I have the rs 460 one which has Espn and star sports but not the latest hd channels like star movies\world etc.These new hd channels are already there in SD but why did dish remove ESS ? from its rs 499 pack.They also removed mtv?

Will dish bring back ESS and mtv in their rs 499 hd premiere pack?
