Experts pls clarify me.. Is 12170 tp available in dishtv?

I confirm that during my 1st scan it was DISH TV as provider name . i checked 1st V pol as didnt get any info about the sat or Pol in the 1st post. later checked H Pol and got many channels but forgot to save in mannual scan. . checked only after made a Blind scan to get all parameters but the signal was gone..
