I don't understand why do dishtv wants to buy a loosing dth brand.

Mostly to increase subscriber base and profit....
And will have many service center across India... Videocon d2h is not a loosing brand bro It is a profit making brand...But currently dish tv is not in profit...

As per me bro it should be done as Dish TV Videocon as the new merged entity is named...
And should not keep Videocon as a sub forum...
Its better to keep separate as they are operating as independent entities but should be kept under Dishtv section as sub forum.
But it(videocon) is having too much loans...Mostly to increase subscriber base and profit....

Yes, this is want i wanted to say. Its like Zing, a different brand but a subsidiary of DishTV, as its owned by DishTV.
Same way Videocon d2h can be put there as its a different brand and also now a subsidiary of Dish TV and owned by DishTV

So Now that disconnection notice of star has been ruled out as dish tv will say now that you issued that to dishtv and videocon and we are dish videocon ltd.(just kidding)
I guess its just DishTV India Ltd.

Yeah if i heard correctly then the new company name is this one so new DTH section should be named after it
