We can forget about merging until the Videocon and dishtv stops selling the Setup Boxes with existing logos.

The moment merger is announced both of they should start selling STBs with New logo.

Recently Videocon updated their website it shows that they are willing to use the same website for a bit longer (minimum 6 months)

Merger is complete internally, all the d2h team getting salaries from Dish TV only (effective 01 Jan 2018).

But technically the merger process will take so long time... changing STBs software and releasing new STB with Videocon Dish TV combined logo.
