In an interview with videocon (published on 8th mar)one official told this:
You see merger has not taken place yet and after merger will take place we will decide what to do but about merger etc. the authority to talk with Dish management and we don’t know anything on that. But merger will take place very soon in 4-5 days’ time that is what we think. Then we will decide what to do in future.

Direct to home (DTH) operator Dish TV and Videocon d2h intend to file the intimations/e-forms with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), on or about 22 March to effect the merger deal.
The filing date will be the effective date for the scheme of arrangement for amalgamation of Videocon d2h into and with Dish TV.
Dish TV, Videocon d2h plan to complete merger deal by 22 March
