It's our mistake that we expected good hd channels addition from d2h after merger.they never said they will add popular hd channels.they only merged to increase their profit.

DSports HD in Videocon D2H is showing conax encryption along with Irdeto and NDS. This is a clear proof that channels will remain same and all boxes will decrypt the channels with respect to their encryption

They added Conax encryption on DSports HD channel along with Irdeto and NDS encryption. Conax encryption is used by Dish TV. Now this channel can be decryted by Conax supported set top boxes too. A single channel can contain many encryptions. Same channel will be decrypted by different boxes with different supported encryption

Thats OK but having same encryption will not mean Dishtv users will get it automatically until it is broadcasted from Dishtv infrastructure as both Dishtv and D2h use different satellites and infrastructure.
