Dish TV & Videocon d2h Merger Updates

E24 was via DD free dish in 2010.Saam TV and Rupashi Bangla not part of any big broadcaster so it will require carriage fee to be available to them to be carried on Dishtv.Until they paid the carriage fee they were available.

Both are available on videocon d2h

if they are paying for Tata Sky, airtel digital TV&videocon D2h then why not to Dish TV

There are many channels which are available on Dishtv and not on Airtel and Tatasky.For example MTV Beats HD,Travel XP not available on Airtel.Puthuyugam on Tatasky.This is solely due to not coming to an agreement and money and channels willingness to be available.In case of big broadcasters its only agreement and money.

Yes but they have made an agreement when Dishtv and D2h had not merged.

Thats I had given an example.Airtel is not providing many HD channels ( See pending HD list).Tatasky is an exception but is lacking many FTA hindi movie channels. Here TataSky has an advantage of having high HD access fee and high channel packages to provide high value channels like VH1 HD and MTV HD+etc in their package while others are struggling and dont want to pay more.
