yes you can activate this pack via app without recharging..... one more good thing is that if you don't have enough money you can recharge any amount after activating the pack and enjoy your annual pack with monthly rental basis.

I have installment for annual pack now my vc show deactivated . Can anyone help me to know how much i need to recharge as installment to my vc ?

If V.C. is activated we can do payment in installments, but for deactivated V.C., I am not sure
