Seeking Help Dishtv package converted to 520 INR

Hello friend, Please! can anyone help me to remove adds on from my VC? Dishtv converted my old package (300 INR) to new different ADDS ON (520 INR). Since I am in UAE and my VC is also not registered with any mobile number, I can not change my self-anything.

Just mail Dishtv CC and ask for your Dishtv subscriber login & password,then you can change it by yourself.

Thank you. I did but they asked me to register with your mobile number. since I am in UAE and can not register my mobile number which need to log in and OTP.
