Seeking Help Dishtv+ service is Not working

I had recharge with amount of 280rs.After this I had logged to dishtv app and I have activated the service and I selected the 6 app to Zee5 After activated I used it 10 days and it expired

Your zee5 app it will show,when I activated it showed 30 days validity for Sony liv app,you can log in with new otp and try in this link,if still not activating call customer care, Access TV Channels & OTT Apps with DishTV Smart+ | Dish TV
