Seeking Help My Stb wifi is not working

My Tata play binge plus Set top box was lagging a bit did a factory reset it solved the lagging but wifi is not working Ethernet working only?

Tried every thing when exiting from wifi it turned off automatically

Wifi router working fine even though Stb not showing up mobile hotspot also

Ask cnmy for replacement if within warranty period

no need to reset stb, restarting stb would suffice

Power off and on stb, do router too if not done
