DishTv srilanka Home TP not getting india tp

Same problem with my stb ........ with dishtv srilanka home tp 12170 iam getting only 2 tp,s 12170 and 12110 .... with 12688 iam getting 21 transponders accept 12170 tp ...... can,t get both together..... plz help.....

no, while scrolling channels up and down i got black screen on all channels except dishtv SriLanka channels then i scanned my dishtv with both dish tv SriLanka and India home transponders but i was getting only 2 transponders from both.

now dishtv India is showing 21 transponders and dishtv SriLanka currently shows only 2 transponders.

Bro there is no power so i can't check what is exactly happening in Dish TV Today.

Bro i am from UP saharanpur and here is no light. light coming at 10pm in the night becoz currently raining here.

And here is very bad condition . Agar bhai aap yaha aake dekhoge to aapko pata chal jayega garmi kya hoti hai and light.
