The logo is not new. I watched it many times earlier in the past years.

The title should be, "Disney Channel India Summer 2023 Idents"

For every kind of festivities, season, the channel makes an unique ident to signify that! Like they make new graphics for summer, winter, Diwali or even when some popular disney movie in the theatres, they make new graphics!

This is not revamp of the channel as it would be there, only for that duration only!

Disney channel logo colour changed from blue to yellowish orange. Logo size also reduced. Looks nice.
