> Liquidate Network 18 & Viacom 18 brands and make Star India as the television & Entertainment subsidiary of Reliance with Disney, Paramount & Bodhi as minor stakeholders such that the international contents from them will not go out of house.
> Close all Colors branded channels and merge contents to Star channels of respective markets.
> Launch a single OTT with all contents from D+ Hotstar & Jio Cinema.
Who ever buys or partner the company I wish for a complete sale. Strength of the network is the unified assets they bought and launched timely. Channels to somebody, OTT & Sports channels to somebody is not sensible.
If Disney go for a peacemeal of sale, then it will be slow killing of Star Network

you missed Comcast/Universal Indirectly own stake in Bodhi Tree. Sony and Lionsgate only left in this game, Sony may join later.

If these happen of course Reliance Own media Company may get major media rights properties like Sky Sports in UK, lack of second and third player Major sports media Rights value going 70% down in India, even Cricket board/Sports organizer also not going wait more time for New players enter in market.

Disney is in talk to sell its OTT and sports entity only, not entertainment entity. Although, I guess now if separation take place JioCinema will be called hotstar and Disney+ will be seperate app for Star TV show.
Although, if they'll sell entire website, it would be interesting to see wether Anupama will stay on Disney+hotstar or Disney will upload it on YouTube
