Even Zee/Sony merger entity not near of Disney Star, So we can't say Zee Sony biggest media, also not threat for competitors and small media players. As soon Zee/Sony merge should complete, else we can see Zee, Sony, Reliance fighting who knows even Sun may come out of syllabus for Joint Venture with Disney Star expand their Media/Movie business.

I think this is the first time first 3 spots of top 10 chart is secured by a single network pushing Sun TV to 4th spot. Also Disney Star has 5 entries while other majors has only one channel (except Viacom) in the list. Sony, Colors, Zee are not raising any challenges for Star Plus in HSM. While Disney is putting the network for sale, this is the best times of Star India in barc charts.

there are lot of pressure on Disney maybe they exit or not, if they exit again they're simply coming back just like last 30 years in India. Uday who associated with devil for Movie library, content acquisition and ISL, Now Uday with same devil using all power during Star tenure part of colleagues landing there, Disney can't manage them even few left Uday colleagues should leave company, else these Sale/Jv and merge proposal news continues for another 6 months or 2 more years.

even those who thinking Free offering permanent and Uday Grand plan to kill TV, all these temporary drama and strategy. Nothing exciting will happen Viacom18 or Star, Same people, same team and same creativity just like Same old wine in a New bottle.

Personally I think it's not good for Viacom to buy total Disney Star / Disney+ Hotstar,it only increases Viacom debt. They should buy Star property in Language type for example Viacom is very very very weak in Telugu content and offerings in TV space so they should buy Star Maa and automatically the Telugu content comes to Viacom from Disney+ Hotstar. They are very good in Hindi content so what's the need of Viacom to buy Hindi channel and content from star

Sports section disappeared from Disney Star website & 'Disney+ Hotstar' logo removed from digital section page. Is that mean parting Sports & Digital for sale started processing..? Recent news articles pointed the complete sale or partial sale of sports and OTT. The website changes indicates second chance is going to happen. Still wishing it not to be true. Sale of sports network & OTT alone is like it's closure.
