Hahaha ...before making such wrong statements and accusations plz have a look at the 20 apps they provide at Rs. 149 and Disney+Hotstar is included if one opts for Rs. 199 bundle.....all apps r excellent and cater to diverse audience...missing apps will be added very soon

Not selling entire stake but just majority holding stake....here too clarity needed whether majority stake is being for just OTT and Sports Business of Disney-Star India or entire TV + OTT is covered in it....i feel former happening has higher chance...for rest of business minority stake might be sold to Reliance / Viacom18

Also before Disney tookover Star India always shared cordial bond with Viacom18/Reliance and good to see them partnering again which shall surely bring lot of good news for viewers....i have just 1 main fear that hope Disney-Star Hindi Movie Channels "do not see a change in content strategy " wherein dubbed South Indian Movies get more airtime and bollywood content is sidelined or restricted to few channels like what happens incase Viacom18 Hindi Movie Channels and some good channels r not shut down in restructuring process....Disney-Star has excellent content strategy for almost all their channels, this should not be altered

According to media reports, the US based media house was mulling over to sell its India assets. A month ago, Gautam Adani appeared as the frontruner to grab the multi billion dollar entertainment deal. However, the deal was grabbed by Mukesh Ambani, according to the Bloomberg's report. With this, Mukesh Ambani's firm will emerge as the top leader in the entertainment industry.

Buddy in business terms its not called Partnership its called selling out.. partnership and selling out is completely diff terms so choose wisely.
