Prime Video want Studios with IPs like MGM acquisition, don't want again OTTs without IP library. they already dropped acquisition of Mx Player.

If Hollywood Studios (Disney and Sony) can stop their OTT apps and lease/partner their content to Amazon prime or Netflix, then we/they can save OTT costs (like HBO Max in other countries)

Sony don't have ott. Sony has deal with every ott - Netflix, prime, hbo, peacock & even disney
